Establishing Roots is private pay at this time, this eliminates the insurance restrictions and allows us to address client and family concerns. A receipt of service can be provided if interested in submitting to insurance for an out of network claim.

FREE CONSULT

15 minutes, Initial consults are free, call or email to schedule a time to discuss concerns and determine if occupational therapy services are needed, and how Establishing RoOTs can help.

Formal Evaluation

$300- Formal evaluation and written report, consists of standardized testing, skilled observation, and caregiver interview. A formal in-depth report will be provided on recommendations and results.

TREATMENT

$120- 60 minutes

$90- 45 minutes

$60- 30 minutes

Treatment includes play based, client centered, evidence driven interventions for optimal growth and mastery of goals.

FAMILY COACHING

$150- 60 minute consult with occupational therapist to develop activities and accommodations that can be done by the family to assist with growth and development in problem areas. A report with recommendations will be provided after coaching session. 1 follow up 20 minute consult included. This can be held in person or virtually.
